Role Overview
Mark Cross is looking for a passionate digital marketing generalist to join our team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have e-commerce and social media experience. The Associate role will work cross-functionally and support e-commerce administrative duties and special projects relating to DTC sales, social media, design, photoshoots, and marketing launches. This is a great opportunity for a resourceful, creative, data-minded teamplayer who is eager to grow their marketing skill set and gain experience in the luxury industry.
Responsibilities
- Own all product data and PDP information ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Implement site merchandising updates and website improvements for optimal presentation and increased conversion.
- Support the ideation and implementation of paid and organic media strategies.
- Help to strategize and implement social media and newsletter campaigns from start to finish, including creative concepting, copywriting, execution, and reporting.
- Present on-brand ideas and concepts to increase our reach and engage with our clients via our existing and new social media channels.
- Provide oversight of customer service tools and deliver exceptional experience for our clients across platforms.
- Help to track metrics and develop reports aimed at improving marketing performance and increasing revenue.
- Organize and manage all digital assets company-wide.
- Work cross-functionally to support brand launches, collaborations, trunk shows, special projects, influencer programs and both organic and paid partnerships.
- Support the marketing and design teams with research and administrative support as needed.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years experience working in a marketing role ideally in fashion
- Deep working knowledge of Shopify (Plus)
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, IG, Tik Tok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc…
- Understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaboratively
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Copywriting experience a plus
- Experience working in a lean, start-up environment preferred
