Every Wednesday, we host over 7,000 strangers in 500+ restaurants across 85 cities in 18 countries. As we expand our reach, we're inviting dynamic individuals to join us on this journey.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Following our explosive growth in 14 countries over the past 10 weeks, we are looking for a creative and experienced individual to be our first Head of Brand & Communications, who will report directly to the CEO.
As our future Head of Brand, your mission will be to imagine the next chapter of our brand and deploy it across all our media: homepage, social media, mobile app, emails, notifications, client presentations, and more. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of Timeleft and inspire millions of people to break urban isolation through meaningful encounters around the table.
We are looking for someone who not only has a proven strategic and creative vision in branding but is also passionate about building communities and social impact. As the future Head of Brand at Timeleft, you'll embark on a comprehensive journey to elevate our brand and connect deeply with our audience.
Your missions will include:
- Brand Marketing: Fully embrace the existing brand message and positioning, understanding the challenges faced by our users and the problem we're striving to solve. You will be responsible for nurturing and evolving our brand identity to ensure it remains resonant and relevant.Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the employer brand, ensuring that Timeleft is perceived as an attractive and vibrant place to work.
- Talent Recruitment & Management : As head of brand, an essential part of your role will be to identify, recruit and manage creative talent. Your first priority will be to hire a highly qualified motion graphic designer to act as your right-hand man in production. This key hire will enable you to respond autonomously to all creative requirements, bringing our brand vision to life in a vibrant way across all our platforms. As Timeleft continues to grow, you'll be able to expand your team.
- Collaborative Growth Strategy: Work closely with our Head of Growth to achieve what seems impossible: execute powerful and effective multi-channel ad campaigns while maintaining our brand's DNA. Your collaborative efforts will be key to expanding our reach and impact without losing the essence of what makes Timeleft special.
- Social Media and Communication Leadership: You'll spearhead our external and internal communications efforts, ensuring that Timeleft resonates globally with a single voice. However, beyond strategic oversight, we're looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. In the early days, as a lean startup, you'll need to be hands-on, handling a wide range of tasks from managing our social media to writing our weekly newsletter. This role is as much for an doer as a thinker, someone who's eager to envision and execute our communications strategies.
- Team Management: You will have in your team a Head of Social Media who will manage our four social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Together, you will ensure our social media presence is engaging, consistent, and aligned with our brand values.

REQUIREMENTS
- An easygoing person who likes to meet new people, knows all the good places in town, and spends more time outdoors than at home.
- Mandatory Technical Skills: Proficiency in Slack and Notion is essential for daily operations and collaboration.
- You must have the ability to craft compelling narratives, write engaging content, and develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our brand's voice and mission. This includes writing and reviewing creative copy for a range of platforms and materials, from social media posts to marketing emails.
- You must have a good understanding and ideally practical experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, or in influence marketing.
- You must know how to manage a business plan, be proficient with Google Sheets, and have a solid understanding of automation tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Knowledge of Meta Business, Figma, Photoshop, HubSpot, or SendGrid would be considered a bonus
