Email Marketing Specialist at BairesDev
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute programs across the full customer journey, from awareness through retention.
What You'll Do:
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, and automated sequences.
- Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and strong deliverability.
- Write and edit email copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key email metrics including open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure email assets are delivered on time and on brand.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Familiarity with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
