● Turn magazine issues, podcast episodes, events, partnerships, and franchises into cross-platform growth campaigns.
● Track performance, report concise insights, and continuously test and optimize.
● Write and edit digital stories top edited and green-lighted by the Editor-in-Chief, headlines, captions, newsletters, landing pages, and promotional copy.
● Contribute pitches and articles to the biannual print magazine.
● Assist in various elements of podcast production as needed. Liaise with freelancers and staff.
● Spend approximately 10% time supporting other Pardon Ventures brands, including Collé.
REQUIREMENTS
● 5+ years in digital editorial, audience development, social, content strategy, or growth, ideally in editorial, luxury, design, fashion, travel, culture, or premium consumer media.
● Proven ability to build a digital growth strategy and execute it personally and independently.
● Excellent writing and editing skills, sharp visual judgment, and strong digital storytelling instincts.
● Fluency with CMS, email/CRM, social and web analytics, SEO, and performance reporting.
● Highly organized, self-directed, nimble, resourceful, accountable, and aggressive about growth.
● Fast-moving, experimental, data-driven, and comfortable being measured against ambitious KPIs.
