Position Summary/Objective
The Email Marketing Specialist will support all e-mail marketing efforts of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx.
Essential Functions

- Develop corporate and consumer email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement creative email marketing strategies to drive ticket sales.
- Develop automated email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using the Adobe Marketo and Braze platforms.
- Assist in the development of email marketing language.
- Generate highly targeted lists from the CRM database when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation.
- Measure progress and results of all email marketing projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Copywriting experience preferred.
- Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required.
- Experience working with Marketo or similar email marketing platforms is required.
- Experience in developing dynamic content and email automation is preferred.
- Experience working with HTML is preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work well on a team and independently.
- Ability to manage specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in Marketing is strongly preferred. Copywriting experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: The base salary range for this exempt role is $55,000-60,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:

This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx home games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events.
