Email Marketing Specialist
Location: American Fork, UT in-office (not remote)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (remote flexibility on Fridays)
Reports to: Creative Director
Revity is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own campaign strategy, automation, and performance for our clients. You'll design and execute email and SMS campaigns that don't just look good, but drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Research campaign ideas and build out email/SMS content calendars for Revity's client portfolio
- Write email and SMS copy, then hand off to the design team for visual execution
- Build out finished campaigns and automated workflows in the ESP once creative assets are delivered
- Build and QA mobile-friendly templates for rendering across devices and email clients
- Use segmentation, personalization, and automation features to boost deliverability, engagement, and conversion
- Build automated workflows and integrations using tools like Zapier
- Write and proofread all email/SMS copy for clarity, grammar, and brand voice
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
- Report on revenue generated from email and SMS efforts
- Keep campaigns compliant with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, GDPR, and other regulations
- Stay current on evolving email/SMS industry standards and best practices
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience — specifically writing, building, and deploying campaigns directly within an ESP (Klaviyo experience strongly preferred). Familiarity with Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar also valuable
- Experience with automation/integration tools like Zapier
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Solid project management skills and comfort working under deadlines
- Working knowledge of email/SMS compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
