POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking a Correspondence Tech Lead with strong CCM expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communication solutions. The role will focus heavily on OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, document composition, business rules, data mapping, and technical leadership. The lead will also serve as the primary onsite technical contact and coordinate with offshore teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead OpenText Exstream correspondence solution design and development.
- Act as the primary onsite technical contact for stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical and document composition solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore developers and support teams.
- Review designs, templates, code, scripts, and deployment packages..
