Location: Hybrid (Freehold, NJ)
Experience: 1 year of public relations agency experience
Industry Experience: Beauty, Fashion, Wellness, and/or Lifestyle preferred.
Assistant Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Daily media monitoring, filing, and reporting
- Manage client inventory
- Execute sample restock requests once approved by Jr AE / AE
- Execute daily sendouts in timely fashion
- Submit appropriate EP’s and Haro’s as determined by senior level team
- Draft product pitches for approval by AE and disseminate to appropriate media contacts/lists
- Contribute to team media placement goals
- successfully manage editor conversations
- Answer client emails in a timely fashion
- Assist team in building media lists
- Monitor media contacts for shifts, update tracker daily and media lists accordingly
- Compile monthly reports
- Collaborate with Jr. AE / AE on future pitch angles
- Draft kickoff call recaps for Jr. AE / AE review
- Draft client-facing recaps
- Organize and file new client info
- Update internal trackers, google drive, dropbox accordingly
- Create and update linesheets, fact sheets, one sheets
- Manage and update client roster
- Assist team in completing internal weekly recap
