We Miracle Software Systems are looking for an experienced ET Communications Lead & Editor-in-Chief to lead editorial strategy, channel governance, employee engagement, and AI-enabled communication across a large enterprise technology organization.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
◆ Lead editorial direction for newsletters, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and ET communication channels.
◆ Establish editorial, brand, visual, and channel governance standards.
◆ Drive adoption of AI-enabled communication tools, including channel recommendation solutions.
◆ Analyze communication analytics and deliver executive-level engagement insights.
◆ Optimize publishing workflows and reduce communication noise across teams.
◆ Partner with global communicators and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
◆ Manage content quality, publishing schedules, and audience engagement strategies.
