Our client is seeking a sharp, proactive Organic Marketing Specialist to support regional email marketing operations for a leading national homebuilder. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping campaigns on track, ensuring every detail is accurate, and helping marketing teams work more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate regional email marketing campaigns from intake through deployment, ensuring timelines, workflows, and approvals stay on track.
Manage and maintain email marketing calendars while coordinating submissions and deadlines across regional marketing teams.
Thoroughly review email content for accuracy, completeness, legal requirements, and adherence to brand standards.
Partner with regional, division, corporate marketing, and creative teams to proof campaigns and confirm final approvals.
Monitor email performance and audience distribution lists, providing insights and recommendations to support optimization.
Identify workflow gaps and recurring challenges, and recommend process improvements that create greater efficiency.
Provide weekly updates on campaign operations, including what’s working, challenges, and opportunities to improve.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital operations.
Strong project coordination and trafficking experience, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control skills.
Familiarity with email marketing workflows, calendars, and deployment processes.
Experience collaborating across marketing, creative, and operations teams.
Comfort working with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
Homebuilding or marketing agency experience is a plus.

Must be comfortable working Eastern and Central time zone hours
