Functions/Responsibilities...

Develop and execute acquisition-focused marketing campaigns across digital and community-based channels
Manage email and newsletter communication strategies to improve engagement and retention
Build and maintain referral and partnership relationships within the local business and professional community
Coordinate sponsorships, events, outreach initiatives, and relationship-building activities
Oversee contact databases, audience segmentation, and client engagement programs
Track campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on ROI and conversion outcomes
Identify and implement new growth opportunities quickly and effectively

Proven experience in a performance-driven marketing role with measurable acquisition results
