Marketing Associate

Rhame & Gorrell Wealth Management (RGWM) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing initiatives. This is a contract position (20–40 hours per week) with the potential to evolve into a full-time role with benefits for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, and content creation within a high-performing financial firm.

What You’ll Do

Ad Graphics Creation and Deployment

Design on-brand ad graphics using established templates and standards for LinkedIn and Meta. Export to correct specs, tag URLs with UTMs, and deploy creatives in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Monitor performance and recommend refinements based on key metrics.

Webinar Deployment

Host webinars from registration through follow-up, coordinating details and schedules. Launch LinkedIn ads, create HubSpot workflows to manage leads, and refine promotional copy using ChatGPT.

Ad Refinement

Optimize campaigns with bid and creative adjustments, updated graphics, and audience research. Duplicate and test ad variants to improve performance and report results with actionable insights.

Newsletter Creation

Build and schedule newsletters in HubSpot, ensuring brand consistency in tone and design.

HubSpot Management - Workflows, Sequences, Segment management and optimization

Build automated workflows, sequences, and segmented lists to support campaigns. Manage forms, UTM tracking, and lead scoring to ensure clean attribution and smooth handoffs to advisors.

Website Work - Building and Publishing website pages

Assist in building and publishing website pages, uploading and updating content, and maintaining team pages. Handle minor SEO tasks, including meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and video tools like DaVinci Resolve
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

Experience creating and deploying LinkedIn or Meta ads
Proficiency in Figma, HubSpot, and Notion
Familiarity with workflow automation (HubSpot, Make.com, or Zapier)
Understanding of personal finance or financial planning concepts
Portfolio or examples of past marketing or design work

Requisites

Must be authorized to work in U.S.
Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
Available in-office between 8am-4:30pm
