Job Description:

The contractor will support both strategy and execution of the enterprise data change and communication program.

Key responsibilities include:

Change & Communication Strategy

Develop and maintain the data strategy communication and engagement plan
Define messaging tailored to different enterprise personas
Support executive communication and storytelling around the strategy and by showcasing outcomes
Impact and readiness assessments, maturity framework and assessment

Enterprise Engagement & Communication Routines

Produce recurring communications such as a Data Strategy Newsletter highlighting wins, platform releases, demos, and value delivered
Coordinate demo and showcase programs to highlight new capabilities and use cases
Support executive and leadership communications including ELT updates and leadership forums
Leader enablement, resistance management

Showcasing Progress and Adoption

Execute a structured Demo & Showcase Strategy, including:
Demo Days
ELT weekly or monthly forums
Enterprise town halls
Domain and product showcases
Highlight successful use cases, platform capabilities, and analytics innovations across the enterprise
Adoption support strategy with metrics and feedback input

This role ensures that progress across platforms, analytics, governance, and AI is visible, understood, and connected to real business outcomes.
