Job Description:
- The contractor will support both strategy and execution of the enterprise data change and communication program.
Key responsibilities include:
Change & Communication Strategy
- Develop and maintain the data strategy communication and engagement plan
- Define messaging tailored to different enterprise personas
- Support executive communication and storytelling around the strategy and by showcasing outcomes
- Impact and readiness assessments, maturity framework and assessment
Enterprise Engagement & Communication Routines
- Produce recurring communications such as a Data Strategy Newsletter highlighting wins, platform releases, demos, and value delivered
- Coordinate demo and showcase programs to highlight new capabilities and use cases
- Support executive and leadership communications including ELT updates and leadership forums
- Leader enablement, resistance management
Showcasing Progress and Adoption
- Execute a structured Demo & Showcase Strategy, including:
- Demo Days
- ELT weekly or monthly forums
- Enterprise town halls
- Domain and product showcases
- Highlight successful use cases, platform capabilities, and analytics innovations across the enterprise
- Adoption support strategy with metrics and feedback input
This role ensures that progress across platforms, analytics, governance, and AI is visible, understood, and connected to real business outcomes.
