n:We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Visual Designer & Producer to join our client's Education and Creative Services team within the Operations Risk and Compliance (ORC) organization. This team delivers impactful learning solutions to audiences throughout Worldwide Operations. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with experience designing across a variety of media, including video, infographics, and interactive content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality AV and digital assets such as demonstration videos, reference materials, and visual guides. Success in this role requires strong digital content development skills, a keen eye for design and usability, and the ability to communicate complex concepts visually and effective

Exper
- ience:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related exper
- ience.6+ years of video production and visual design exper
- ience.4-6 YR Experience in: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Creating & Editing PowerPoint presentations, Digital Video, Email newsletter design, Explainer Videos, Graphic Design, Illustrations, Image Editing, Lead Video Producing, Editing and Photo
- graphyProficiency in design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut
- Pro).Ability to design in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Power
- Point.Fluent in print and digital production d
- esign.Knowledge of typographic, web and brand design prin
