Job Description: We are a busy manufacturing company seeking an experienced
Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting team on-site. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and
proficiency in Sage 100. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 100Assist with month-end close processes
- Support reporting and audit preparation as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience (preferably in a manufacturing setting)
- Proficiency in Sage 100 is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting best practices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site
