• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related discipline.
Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience with Marketo
• 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
• Ideal candidate has experience with and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that tests, learns, and pivots quickly.
• Ideal candidate is a self-starter that is not afraid to ask questions, but also confident in their ability to interpret instructions and operate within the above tasks with autonomy, without waiting for detailed directions.
• Ideal candidate uses critical thinking to recognize opportunities for process improvement and takes initiative to suggest changes and implement them, if approved.
• Ideal candidate has experience working with large-scale paid media campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the healthcare industry is not required, but is a bonus.
• Website Management – 1+ years
• Microsoft SharePoint and Office suite – 1+ years
• Adobe Analytics – 1+ years
• Adobe Data Loader - 1+ years
This position would assist with paid media campaign development, management, and reporting through various channels, email marketing campaigns in Marketo, and assist with the development of website pages to support campaigns. The candidate would be a member of the Surest B2B growth team and interface with the Internal Media Team that works with E&I. The team is made up of 5-6 professionals focusing on supporting the generation of leads for our Account Partners, through Product marketing, campaign development, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Campaign Management – Managing campaigns for Surest as well as assisting with requests for Surest campaigns run by E&I local markets Regional Marketing Managers and Regional Marketing Directors. Campaigns are run through various channels, and the ideal candidate would be familiar with: Meta, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, StackAdapt, YouTube, Yahoo, and others.
• Develop assets, implement program automation and manage email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including: monthly newsletter, Internal newsletters, Lead generation and Lead nurture campaigns, Lead forms/Lead form automation, etc.
• Build emails in Chamaileon to be imported into Marketo to run programs.
• Build, publish, and manage campaign landing pages on the website. (Run in Adobe Experience Manager/ Edge Delivery Services).
• Ideal candidates will be familiar with SharePoint and have experience in website management.
• Build, publish and manage website pages for the blog, and other core site pages for various audiences, including members, brokers, employers, and consumers.
• Handle campaign reporting in Adobe Analytics, Domo, and other platforms to build and deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports on the website and other channels/tactics.
