Digital Marketing Specialist – Contractor

Our preferred location is Minneapolis, but we are also open to candidates located in the Denver area.

- Paid Media: 3+ years
Preferred Skills/Attributes (not required but a plus):
- Website Management: 1+ years
- Microsoft SharePoint and Office Suite: 1+ years
- Adobe Analytics: 1+ years
- Adobe Data Loader: 1+ years
What does this position accomplish for the business?
- Paid media campaign development, management, and reporting across various platforms
- Execution of email marketing campaigns using Marketo
- Development of website pages that support broader marketing campaigns
Please describe the team the candidate will be working with:
The candidate will join the Growth Team and work closely with the Internal Media Team supporting E&I.
- Key functions of the team include product marketing, campaign development, and sales support.
Email Marketing in Marketo:
- Develop assets and implement program automation
- Manage campaigns such as the monthly newsletter, internal communications, lead generation/nurture programs, lead forms, etc.
Email Design Using Chamaileon:
- Build emails in Chamaileon for import into Marketo.
Landing Page Management:
- Build, publish, and manage campaign landing pages , using Adobe Experience Manager (Edge Delivery Services).
Website Content Management:
- Update and manage blog and core pages for different audiences (members, brokers, employers, consumers)
Campaign Reporting:
- Use tools such as Adobe Analytics, Domo, and others to produce detailed campaign performance reports.
7. What does the ideal candidate background look like?
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments that require quick pivots and frequent testing/learning
- A self-starter who asks questions but can operate independently
- Critical thinker who identifies process improvements and takes initiative
- Experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
