A+S is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager with experience in the AEC Industry (Architectural, Engineering, & Construction) to support the company across all locations. The position will be physically located in our Columbia, MD office. This is a full-time exempt role with an annual salary of $55K - $75K depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Chief Operating Officer of Engineering to design and implement company's marketing strategy.
- Oversee creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletter, and social media content. Maintain stock of company literature and respond to requests for promotional items.
- Oversee marketing collateral library, including images, videos, and manuals. Manage acquisition of new photography and creation of project write-ups for feature on website or social media.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and update standard marketing materials such as project sheets, staff resumes, and other collateral.
- Lead the preparation of proposal qualification packets and regulatory forms in coordination with business development and engineering staff. Ensure submissions meet deadlines, are visually polished, and are tailored to client needs.
- Identify opportunities and manage submissions for industry awards, press features, and speaking engagements.
- Assist with coordination of events, seminars, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain client contact database in conjunction with business development staff.
- Develop presentations and special marketing projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field (AEC Industry experience preferred).
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
