Influence is todays most valuable currency, and the people with it can command more than just cash in exchange for their audience. Creators should own what they promote. Because fans lean-in when a creator says "I believed in this so much that I invested in it. I'm an OWNER of XXXX". That's the mission we're on. Founders need creators to help them grow, and we want them to be invested in the brands outcome, not just paid for content output.
Your job is to own the story. Tune in + always on. We need to be everywhere. Curating the stories from the celebs and creators who are doing it, and creating the stories from the clients we're helping.
You believe Content + Creators + Community is the future.
You can:
- Take a brand from “Who are they?” to “I see them everywhere” - thats what we need
- You love writing. AI is a tool, but it's not your replacement. It's your amplifier.
- You keep a pulse on what people are actually talking about online - sure you follow, but you chime in. You know without a voice, no one hears you, so you're building your own audience. LinkedIn. Newsletter. Social. You get that influence is currency, and you want a piece.
You know producers and editors in town, be it long form or short form needs.
You've run influencer campaigns and get how to get cut through the noise.
And you love data. So much so that people call you a nerd and you know it's a compliment.
What You’ll Do (humans only, please)
Social is a heart and science game. Take risks. Make people laugh. Make them learn. Watch the data. Try again. Rinse Wash Repeat.
You’ll be joining at the ground floor, which means:
- You get to shape the voice from day one.
- You’ll have a direct line to the CEO.
- You’ll grow this role into something much bigger — because if you crush it, you’ll be leading the department you'll get to build.

Additional Information:
- You want to be around other creators. Culture creates companies. So we need you in the office 3+ days a week. NYC Based.
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000+ (may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications)
