As an Email Marketing Intern for Fall 2025 (September–December), you will work closely with our marketing team to plan, create, and optimize persuasive email campaigns and member-focused newsletters that align with our brand and drive measurable results. This is your opportunity to learn the art and science of luxury email marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving cybersecurity company.

About the Role
Do you have a knack for writing persuasive copy, curating engaging content, and turning insights into action? This role immerses you in premium-positioned marketing work where you’ll refine your ability to blend creativity with strategy through impactful campaigns and high-value newsletters.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and design persuasive, brand-aligned email campaigns and newsletters with a focus on measurable results (opens, clicks, conversions).
- Maintain and execute a strategic newsletter calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality member communications.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative layouts, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, high-impact messaging to targeted audiences.
- Use HubSpot (preferred) or similar tools to build, send, and track email campaigns and newsletters.
- Apply AI tools to streamline newsletter production, optimize send timing, and enhance personalization.
- Monitor campaign and newsletter performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual style across all email communications.
- Research and apply best practices in luxury brand email marketing and newsletter engagement.
Experience and Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in a university program (junior, senior, or graduate level preferred).
- Demonstrated success in extracurricular activities (clubs, sports, student organizations, internships, etc.) that show initiative, leadership, or creative achievement.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Interest in AI and willingness to learn and apply AI tools in marketing workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
Other Requirements
- Paid position.
- In-person role based in our Detroit, MI office.
- Part-time schedule: 15–20 hours per week during business hours (Mon–Fri).
- Fall 2025 term: September–December.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future work sponsorship.
