We are hiring a creative, metrics-driven Social Media Manager to build our presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging B2B platforms.
You will turn our AI insights and training content into storytelling that educates, provokes, and converts. You will help us reach B2B marketers, CMOs, content leaders, and growth-focused teams who want to use AI to level up their marketing.
What You Will Do
• Own the social strategy for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and new social platforms.
• Shape a clear brand identity focused on practical AI for marketers.
• Grow our audience and increase engagement across global B2B markets.
• Track trends, conversations, and competitors to find timely opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing and AI influencers to amplify reach.
• Publish a monthly newsletter with new courses, workflows, and stories from our community.
• Respond to comments, elevate conversations, and foster a strong community.
• Experiment with new formats and storytelling to improve performance.
• Use analytics and social insights to optimize content and report results.
• Collaborate with content, partnerships, and product to support launches and campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
• 3–4 years of B2B social media experience in marketing, SaaS, or AI.
• Proven success driving growth and engagement on LinkedIn and X.
• Strong writing skills with a clear and authoritative tone.
• Experience managing organic and paid social programs.
• Ability to use analytics, reporting, and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and optimization.
• Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual judgment and comfort with multimedia content.
