About The Role
We’re looking for a true “Swiss army knife” whom our executive team can rely on to deliver excellence across a wide range of tasks spanning the entire business. The right person will identify with a “no task too small” mentality, as well as a “no task too big” mentality.
Responsibilities
You will provide direct administrative support to our Founder and Chief of Staff by managing calendars, triaging inboxes, booking travel, and overseeing personal tasks/projects. This will roughly constitute approximately 25-50% of the job. Your other responsibilities will vary, but will include things like:
- Streamlining workflows and improving efficiency across various areas of the business
- Managing systems and tools to support operations, sales, and overall growth
- Assisting with project coordination and ensuring timely execution of key projects
- Tracking, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics
- Providing general technical and operational support to internal teams and clients
- Coordinating logistics and serving as a point of contact for company events
- Supporting content creation, including light video editing and digital posting
- Reviewing and editing written materials for clarity and consistency
- Designing visually appealing presentations and brand materials
- Conducting research to support company or leadership initiatives
Growth:
There is significant opportunity to grow in this role. Depending on your strengths and interests, you could take on greater responsibilities in areas like sales, social media, design, and beyond.
Schedule:
This role requires both flexibility and dedication. As part of supporting a fast-paced, ambitious company, you’ll need to be available to handle some tasks during evenings or weekends. You should be comfortable keeping an eye on communications outside of standard hours and responding promptly to anything urgent.
You will report to our Chief of Staff.

- You're a power-user of AI to help boost your productivity.
- You are obsessed with learning and growing as quickly as possible.
