We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on paid media and shaping the customer journey—think engaging landing pages, automated newsletters, and social content that turns attention into action—working in close partnership with our creative and account teams.
What You’ll Do
- Launch & Manage Paid Media: Set up, QA, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; align audiences, creative, bids, and budgets to goals.
- Build Journeys & Landing Pages: Create conversion‑focused landing pages and clear user paths from ad click to on‑page engagement and follow‑up.
- Automate Newsletters & Support Social: Set up segmented, automated email sequences in our ESP; test subject lines, content, and send cadence; coordinate organic social scheduling and light content development.
- Optimize & Report: Run A/B tests on creative, audience, and pages; monitor GA4/Ads Manager and surface insights in Tableau; keep pacing, calendars, and SOPs tight.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years in digital marketing (agency/multi‑client a plus)
- Google Ads certification; proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and GA4; comfortable in Tableau and spreadsheets
- Hands‑on newsletter/ESP experience and WordPress page building/content updates
- Clear, concise copywriting across ads, email, and social
- Organized, proactive, and an in‑office collaborator
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with social scheduling tools
- Basic on-page SEO knowledge
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation/drafting
