Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play an integral role in implementing the organization’s marketing strategies through practical and effective marketing programs. This role will serve as a functional representative to business unit teams and translate business needs into coordinated marketing solutions that support specific goals and objectives. The Marketing Manager combines strategic thinking, project management, vendor coordination, and communications skills to deliver best-in-class marketing practices to internal clients and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as strategic marketing program lead for Talent Transformation and Business Development business units at DRP. As a fully integrated team member, support business unit goals through thoughtful collaboration and guidance on marketing best practices.
• Help drive a unified marketing and communications strategy across the organization by understanding key enterprise priorities and objectives.
• Oversee website, newsletter, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and social media content by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Manage and optimize the marketing department’s content calendar and workflow, ensuring smooth coordination between team members and agency partners.
• Support content management for DRP presentations and events through direction, review, coordination and hands-on content development as appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between DRP departments and agency partners (creative agency, integrated communications agency, strategic consultants), providing clear guidance, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the organization in event planning and management for quarterly investor events, DRP Annual Meeting, and additional events as needed, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support VP in storytelling opportunities; provide strategic oversight and direction to the Associate Marketing Manager on content needs and priorities.
Critical skills/experience required:
• 5–10 years of practical marketing experience, including content development, print and digital marketing campaigns, creative strategy and execution, marketing material creation, social media, newsletters, and other collateral (experience working with and managing external vendors or agencies preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills utilized to support multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
