Head of Influencers & Partnerships
About the Role:
We are seeking a performance-minded, results-driven Head of Influencers & Partnerships to drive customer growth and acquisition through innovative and profitable Influencer Marketing, and Partnership strategies. Reporting into our Chief Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, scaling, and optimizing our partnerships programs to deliver sustainable growth and brand impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader, skilled negotiator, and data-driven marketer with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on driving revenue, and customer acquisition profitably
- Lead and oversee a team across influencer and ambassador marketing, brand collaborations, and newsletter partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Innovate and test new approaches to maximize program efficiency and ROI
- Identify, negotiate, and cultivate collaborations with influential partners who align with brand values and objectives
- Oversee the development of product collaborations and co-branded initiatives to drive engagement and sales
- Develop and implement incentive structures to increase engagement and performance among ambassadors and partners alike
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Build and expand relationships with newsletter publishers to unlock new growth opportunities
- Negotiate and execute sponsorships, collaborative content, and co-branded initiatives that drive customer acquisition profitably

Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in an Influencer and Partnerships role with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving growth through Influencer Partnerships including but not limited to; Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Strong network of industry contacts across influencers, media, and affiliates
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
