About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Business Development Associate to support a dynamic top producing Tenant representation team at Savills NA, a global leader in commercial real estate advisory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about helping drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and high-touch client engagement.
You will work side-by-side top-producing executives and team brokers on prospect outreach, marketing initiatives, scheduling, and relationship tracking. Your contributions will directly impact business generation and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Prospect Engagement:
- Draft and distribute outbound email campaigns to targeted prospects
- Monitor and log responses; coordinate follow-ups to convert interest into meetings
- Track all client and prospect activity using CRM tools
- Scheduling & Relationship Management:
- Coordinate meetings with clients, prospects, landlords, brokers, and vendors
- Schedule and organize property previews, site tours, and follow-up communications
- Manage prospect follow-up calendar to ensure high-value time is spent on revenue-generating activities
Client Communication:
- Help plan, write, and schedule LinkedIn and other social media posts using Savills templates
- Using content from Savills Research group of market insights, draft and design a regular email newsletter which would also include case studies and success stories
- Provide materials for ongoing pitches, and prospecting efforts
Research & Intelligence Gathering:
- Conduct research on companies, decision-makers, market activity, and competitive landscapes
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to help create messaging, summaries, and presentations
Task & Pipeline Management:
- Organize and prioritize weekly and monthly team goals and to-dos
- Maintain clear visibility into open opportunities and high-priority follow-ups
- Assist in preparing briefings and background materials for meetings
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development preferred. Alternatively marketing or executive support experience would be considered. Prior real estate or professional services experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Demonstrate sound judgement in interactions with clients and prospects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and Canva or similar tools
- Real estate license is preferred and will be expected to obtain
- Experience using generative AI tools for research or content creation is a strong plus
- Energetic, client-focused, and comfortable handling high-level interactions
