Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development role based in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The Business Development professional will identify and develop growth opportunities, generate leads, and build client relationships to expand the company's reach - a full sale cycle role. Responsibilities include conducting market research, outbound outreach for new business opportunities, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing strategic recommendations to support organizational goals. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to foster partnerships and align efforts toward new business strategies.

- Strong network of B2B Cannabis executives and potential sponsorship customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building
- Experience in lead generation and driving revenue through new business opportunities
- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify prospects and growth opportunities
- Exceptional customer service capabilities and a commitment to fostering client satisfaction
