Your Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Improve our website's search rankings for key golf and travel-related terms, driving organic traffic growth
- PPC Campaign Management: Run and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to generate qualified leads efficiently
- Content Creation: Write engaging newsletter content that keeps our audience excited about golf destinations and drives bookings
- Data Management: Streamline our tracking and analytics systems to ensure accurate measurement of all marketing efforts
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide clear, actionable insights on campaign performance and ROI tied to your quarterly bonus metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results
- Strong track record managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Demonstrated SEO success with measurable traffic and ranking improvements
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing reporting
- Self-starter who thrives on accountability and measurable goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism marketing
- Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
- Total Potential Earnings: $60,000 - $71,500+ for high performers
Bonuses are based on clear, measurable metrics including website traffic growth, PPC return on ad spend, newsletter engagement, and lead generation (detailed structure provided to candidates).
