We provide editorial, design, distribution, and publicity services for authors, and are an ethics-forward alternative to traditional or self-publishing. Our fully remote team of 50 is stable, with a positive, autonomous, and mutually supportive culture. With a TrustPilot score of 4.7, Atmosphere was founded in 2015 by an author and PhD in Literature, and since then has published more than 1,500 books.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to help take our digital advertising to the next level. In this part-time role, you'll work with our marketing team and CEO to grow performance on existing Google, Microsoft, and Meta ad accounts, while seeking opportunities to improve CPA, CTR, conversion rates, messaging, creative, and lead quality. You'll also be tasked with finding growth opportunities on other platforms and modalities, from LinkedIn to print and television media. From platform knowledge to analytics and research skills, we're looking for a brilliant Paid Media Manager who can level up what we're doing in both performance and reach.
What You’ll Do
- Audit and manage our Google, Microsoft, and Meta
- Find other opportunities to grow Atmosphere Press' presence through paid media
- Collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams on strategy, budget, and performance
- Conduct analytics reviews to ensure that spend and ROI are in alignment and improving
What We’re Looking For
- Expert-level experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of other paid media outlets, from newsletter list rentals to digital to traditional media
- Facility with copywriting and graphic design
- Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic growth-oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
