Position Overview
The Executive Administrative & Marketing Assistant supports the Executive Director and Accounting Manager by managing essential administrative, marketing, and donor and volunteer functions to help operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Communication: Create, schedule, and monitor content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Track engagement, analytics, and campaign performance.
Blackthorn and Salesforce Support: Manage registration workflows, assist users, troubleshoot basic issues, and enter data accurately.
Volunteer Coordination & Donor Stewardship: Communicate with volunteers regarding scheduling, onboarding, and support. Assist with donor relations including thank you communications, data entry, and follow up.
Marketing & Event Logistics: Assist with promotional materials, digital and print. Support event planning and execution including venue coordination, supplies, and timelines.
General Administrative Duties: Manage calendars and schedules, support meetings, prepare documents, and assist with light bookkeeping and general office operations to support the Executive Director and Accounting Manager.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
• 2+ years of administrative or marketing support experience, nonprofit preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Highly organized, self starting, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a proactive, solutions oriented approach.
