Exciting Opportunity: Commercial Real Estate Project Manager - Warehouse/Industrial
Candidate Location: Dallas, TX area
CORY is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager who is passionate about driving growth through strategic insights and hands-on construction management. This role will oversee multiple construction projects across several states and report directly to the VP of Construction. We are looking for hands-on experience in construction with a heavy focus on industrial and warehouse asset types.
About Our Client:
Our client is an innovative real estate owner-operator with a national presence that provides tenant-based spaces to support small and mid-sized businesses. They are expanding nationwide and looking for talented industry leaders to join their team!
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Participate in all aspects of development (from pre-construction to close-out) of long-range master facility planning to identify future needed facilities, space, budgetary requirements, and scheduling.
- Visit each job site as needed; attend contractor progress meetings as required.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve project management.
- Prepare official solicitation documents, including writing complex statements of work and specifications for construction and maintenance projects, advertisements for proposals, and requests for qualifications.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and controlling construction projects directed toward positive outcomes for all stakeholders
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 8+ years of construction management experience, preferably with a GC and developer
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Diverse project background, including renovations, interiors, industrial, multi-regional, and other relatable project experience
