Retail Partnerships Coordinator (Sales & Project Management Focus)
Location: New York City (Mon–Thurs onsite, Friday remote)
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Contract Length: 6-Month Contract

My client, a luxury retail organization with a strong North American partner network, is seeking a Retail Partnerships Coordinator to support sales-focused initiatives, partner engagement, and cross-functional project execution across the external retail network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured coordination, stakeholder communication, and project tracking—not a marketing role, but one deeply connected to sales operations and partnership support.
Job Mission
The Retail Partnerships team strengthens the brand’s authorized retailer network across North America through operational excellence, sales enablement, streamlined processes, and exceptional partner service. This role supports the execution of strategic projects, partner-facing initiatives, and customer experience programs that help elevate retail performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partner Engagement Support
- Assist in coordinating annual rollout plans and sales-driven initiatives for the external retail partner network.
- Support meetings, trainings, and partner touchpoints to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Maintain trackers to monitor initiative progress, partner participation, and performance outcomes.
Client Engagement & Tool Implementation
- Support the launch and adoption of new sales tools within the retailer network.
- Ensure all required legal agreements are completed for tool participation.
- Coordinate with HQ/IT on activation, troubleshooting, and partner enablement.
- Consolidate partner feedback and provide actionable recommendations.
Client Experience & Event Coordination
- Maintain the retail partner event calendar and communicate updates to internal teams.
- Coordinate logistics for partner-facing events (gifting, invitations, assets), ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track gifting program orders, documentation, and execution across the network.
- Support training sessions to ensure partners understand program guidelines and processes.
Strategic Project Management
- Help create project scorecards and dashboards for new Retail Espace projects.
- Track and maintain an accurate log of all repair requests within the partner network.
- Provide project coordination support for leadership, including cross-functional presentations and seminars.
Ambassador Community Support
- Assist in executing the annual engagement plan for the Ambassador community.
- Coordinate logistics for the yearly seminar and ongoing communications.
- Build and distribute a monthly newsletter; maintain and update contact lists.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, project coordination, retail operations, or partner-facing roles preferred (luxury retail or hospitality a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint especially).
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, or macros is a plus.
