Role Description
Reporting to the CMO, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid full-time capacity, with a primary office location in New York, NY, and some flexibility to work remotely.
The CEW marketing coordinator is a key role in CEW that works across marketing and editorial within the organization. The role supports the marketing and editorial in the planning, executing, and monitoring of all content and campaigns.
The role is creative and analytical. Works with a variety of internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign coordination and execution: Assist in the setup, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (newsletter, social, digital, event, and partners destinations like WWD.)
· Content creation and management: Create, collaborate, and edit marketing content, including copy and design, ensuring brand alignment.
· Data analysis, reporting, and tracking: Collect, track, and analyze marketing data, including tracking CEW impressions to create reports that measure campaigns, and track KPIs.
· Market research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior, including attending other beauty events as a CEW representative to identify opportunities that will inform strategy.
· Event participation: At CEW events, coordinate with press and hired photographers covering the event, as well as capture and post content from CEW socials.
· Creative collaboration: Connect with external creatives to create and deliver marketing and promotional materials.
· Budget tracking: Monitor marketing budgets for freelancers’ campaign work.
· Oversee campaign timelines: Responsible for maintaining the publishing calendar, working with editorial, marketing, production, and development departments on the publishing calendar across all CEW platforms.
Qualifications
· A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications is a plus.
· Previous experience in a marketing role.
· Proficiency with relevant software:
o including Microsoft Office, & Google Suite
o Understanding of project management software
o Previous experience with a content management system (CMS)
o Any experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) or email marketing platform is a bonus.

· Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for collaborating with teams and creating content.
· Organizational and Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines is essential.
· Creativity and Problem-Solving: The capacity to generate new ideas for campaigns and address immediate challenges as they arise.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in proofreading content, tracking data, and managing logistics.
Platforms:
· Any familiarity with any of the technology platforms CEW utilizes is a plus.
· CEW’s tech stack includes Nimble (a Salesforce product), WordPress, Dot Digital.
· CEW posts on Instagram and LinkedIn.
· CEW uses Canva and Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create assets.
