A Tiger Cub is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Newsletter Designer & Editorial Producer to help design and run our weekly newsletter.
This role is for someone who loves storytelling, clean design, and turning raw ideas into beautiful, readable newsletters people actually look forward to opening.
You’ll work closely with our founder to transform notes, drafts, and voice memos into a polished weekly newsletter that feels intentional, warm, and human — not salesy or corporate.
What you’ll do
- Design and format our weekly newsletter (Substack or beehiiv)
- Turn rough drafts, ideas, or notes into clear, engaging layouts
- Create strong visual hierarchy (headers, spacing, flow)
- Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding
- Help manage weekly publishing cadence
- Suggest small improvements to increase readability and engagement
What we’re looking for
- Experience designing or producing newsletters or digital publications
- Strong sense of editorial layout, typography, and flow
- Familiarity with Substack, beehiiv, or similar platforms
- Ability to take rough input and shape it into something polished
- Thoughtful, organized, and reliable with weekly deadlines
- Bonus: writing or editing experience
