Prop Lab Media is looking for someone to help surface deal flow, market movements, and real estate opportunities happening around Austin.
Each week, we publish a curated list of in-person events where developers, investors, and brokers actually gather. We need someone who can identify which rooms matter, who's moving projects forward, and what deal conversations are actually happening in the city.
This is for people who spend time in Austin's real estate ecosystem and want to be the bridge between what's happening on the ground and what people need to know.
What you'd be doing:
- Identifying and surfacing real estate-focused events, investor meetups, development forums, and deal networking happening in Austin
- Sharing what you're hearing about projects, funding, and market movements
- Connecting investors and developers to the right rooms and conversations
- Reporting back on which spaces are producing actual deal flow
Why people do this:
- You want access to our weekly curated list of where the real money and projects actually gather in Austin
- Early visibility into market movements and investor activity
- The ability to shape what intelligence gets surfaced to the community
- Occasional opportunities if there's a fit
There's no commitment beyond that. Some people eventually become deeper collaborators. Most use the list to decide where to spend their time and capital.
