Responsibilities
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Culver City, CA. Key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the Company Business Manager, Studio Strategy, UX leadership and Design Ops team to help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Design Studio
- Drive planning and execution of Monthly Studio meetings, annual Studio summits, and other Studio events
- Create communications (e.g., monthly Studio newsletter) and upkeep on evergreen communications and Studio documents (e.g., PVXD wiki, org chart)
- Perpetuate Design in the Open program, the company's effort to evangelize the design company-wide; Strategize, generate plans and execute Design Open House events; Evolve and expand the greater Design in the Open initiative to meet changing business needs
- Oversee 3P budget (outsourcing, tooling, and research); Create and track POs, track budget, and provide reporting to finance and leaders as needed
- Drive planning and execution of special projects that support Executive goals and vision
- Act as the POC liaison to drive efforts across greater Video and Design Community; Active participant and contributor to Spark (Prime Video Employee Engagement) Tiger Team, Product and Design GenAI Tiger Team, and Design Community
- Initiate and project manage key company efforts for the studio to foster community and culture: Studio Rituals, PVXD Learn Series, On-boarding, department health efforts, etc.
- Oversee Executive Visual design resource; Manage intake requests and facilitate sprint planning
Requirements
- 6+ years of design program management experience required
- Knowledge of project management tools and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Specific experience with design operations or creative teams
- Budget management experience (given the 3P budget oversight responsibility)
- Event planning experience at scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
- Experience working with executive leadership
- Ability to learn, leverage and use new systems, tools, and technologies across the company
- Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary UX team
- Understanding of UX design and software development
- Experience working with distributed teams, across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
