Graduate Intern — Project Operations & Systems

As we scale, we’re investing in clean data, thoughtful automation, and world-class member experience infrastructure—and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented graduate intern to help build the operational backbone of the business.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on Project Operations & Systems role focused on execution, data accuracy, and backend optimization. You’ll work across membership, education (KINN.ed), events, and CRM systems to help streamline onboarding, automate member journeys, and unlock meaningful analytics.
This role is ideal for someone interested in operations, RevOps, startups, consulting, or systems design, who enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
Key Objectives
You will provide tactical execution support to:
- Streamline membership enrollment and onboarding
- Build and optimize HubSpot as KINN’s central system of record
- Automate member lifecycle journeys and tracking
- Create reliable analytics to inform leadership decisions
Scope of Work (February–April 2026)1. System Audit & Data Cleanup (Top Priority)
Membership & KINN.ed Onboarding Audit
- Review website signup flows, deal pipelines, and Luma integrations
- Audit email sequences, templates, and sales rep SOPs
- Test all onboarding links (account setup, surveys, videos, first-day experience)
- Review and correct all member subscriptions
- Streamline pause and cancellation workflows
Data Reconciliation
- Cross-reference Google Sheets, Nexudus, and Stripe for accuracy
- Review dashboard lists vs. contact lists
- Sync member data across all platforms
- Clean duplicate and inactive accounts
Deliverables
- System audit report with findings and recommendations
- Data reconciliation spreadsheet
- Documented “current-state” signup and onboarding flows
- Subscription cleanup completed

2. HubSpot Integration & Automation

Member Journey Automation
- 30-day, 6-month, and 12-month check-in workflows
- Under-30 to Over-30 day lifecycle tracking
- Birthday recognition automation
- Event attendance and course sign-up tracking
- Mentor/mentee matching documentation
- New member and feedback form collection
- Event RSVP → membership conversion sequences
