Overview
We’re hiring an Agency Partnerships Manager to help grow both Superhuman AI and The Code, two fast-growing newsletters read by builders, operators, and technical decision-makers. This role spans both brands — you aren’t boxed into a single vertical and are instead expected to think broadly about how advertisers show up across our ecosystem.
This is a pure outbound sales role at a fast-moving startup. You’ll own the end-to-end sales process with agencies, from prospecting to closing deals. Scrappiness, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity are non-negotiable. You’ll be selling a proven, high-demand media product with clear value to advertisers. At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or agency-facing relationship roles is required, with comfort navigating media buys, client priorities, and ongoing partnerships.
You are someone who can identify the top media agencies, build relationships with them, understand their clients’ marketing goals, and confidently sell newsletter inventory across both brands.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new agency partnerships, building lasting relationships
- Run incredible meetings from online meets to in-person meetings
- Hit revenue goals and help establish agency as a leading channel for Superhuman AI
- Identify new channels of reaching agencies besides just email
- Sell ad inventory for the Superhuman AI and The Code newsletter
- Attend two to three 30 minute calls each week to discuss performance and tasks.
- Handle any agency/sales related tasks that are not covered in the list above.

- You are used to working with sales quotas set by leadership - and meeting them
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled leader generator who loves forming new relationships
- Robust understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and evaluate results
- Existing industry experience is great but what truly matters is the hunger to excel, integrity and a hustler work ethic.
- Bonus: Interest in tech, AI or developer/coding space strongly preferred

- Haven’t worked in media, advertising, or agency partnerships
- Don’t enjoy doing outbound and the bulk of your experience is in inbound roles
- Have only worked in established media companies with large teams
- Lack curiosity about AI, tech and media
- Find if frustrating to re-adapt or figure out new strategy every 5-6 months
COMPENSATION$160,000 - $170,000 OTE with 60/40 base/incentive split *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
