Overview:
Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep is a Catholic, college preparatory school for students from households of low to moderate income. Cristo Rey Dallas nurtures and challenges young women and men of all faiths to recognize and realize their full potential as they grow to love God, respect others and serve their community. Each student participates in the Corporate Work Study Program which offers a weekly work study experience for all four years.
We are seeking a dedicated, intellectually curious and mission driven individual who is open to growth and wants to be part of our community. They will have the unique opportunity to help develop one of Dallas’s most promising educational options for young men and women from families with low to moderate income. Who YOU are:
The Client Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing, retaining, and strategically expanding Cristo Rey Dallas’s portfolio of Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) partners. This role combines relationship management, consultative sales expertise, and mission-driven service to ensure long-term partnership success, organizational sustainability, and meaningful student workforce experiences.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned corporate partners, ensuring consistent communication, high satisfaction, and strong retention.
- Apply consultative sales and business development skills to identify partnership growth opportunities and advance long-term engagement strategies.
- Achieve a 90% renewal rate on renewing job partners.
- Lead renewal discussions, partnership agreements, and financial commitments in collaboration with Senior Account Manager and VP of Corporate Work Study.
- Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and strategic planning conversations with partner organizations.
- Align student placements with organizational needs while maintaining a focus on professional development and student success.
- Proactively address partner concerns and implement solutions that strengthen trust and partnership value.
- Assist and lead supervisor stewardship events and monthly newsletter.
- Monitor partnership performance, including satisfaction, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, student support, finance, etc to ensure alignment and quality execution.
- Represent Cristo Rey Dallas in professional, community, and corporate settings.
- Support onboarding and transition of new partners into the CWSP model.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, sales, or business or nonprofit development.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales or partnership growth environments.
- Strong negotiation, executive communication, and relationship stewardship skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational judgment.
- Alignment with the mission and values of Cristo Rey Dallas.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to travel locally for partner engagement
- Be able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000
