Marketing and Brand Manager Consultant brings enterprise strategy to life across multiple technology centers through brand identity development, campaign management, and strategic communications. This role drives awareness, alignment, and engagement by translating strategic priorities into compelling narratives, coordinated campaigns, and executive-ready content.

Required:
- 7+ years of experience in brand design, B2B marketing, strategic communications, or program management within large, complex organizations.
- Experience in the tech space with a solid understanding of Blockchain and SDLC
- Agency experience strongly preferred
Intent and Approach
- Contribute to the development of a unified brand identity and narrative across technology centers.
- Plan, execute, and measure strategic campaigns aligned to enterprise and technology center priorities.
- Enable knowledge sharing through executive-ready presentations and internal communications.
- Create high-quality campaign marketing materials aligned with brand standards and narrative.
- Ensure consistent messaging across locations and continuously improve communications effectiveness.
Target Outcomes
- Publish a unified brand narrative and lightweight visual system.
- Launch priority campaigns supporting strategic and technology center objectives.
- Produce repeatable case studies, white papers, and internal artifacts highlighting success stories and impact.
Measurement and Data Sources
- Campaign performance: launch speed, engagement metrics, and channel utilization.
- Brand and messaging effectiveness: brand recognition scores and message consistency across locations.
- Community awareness: event registrations and attendance metrics.
- Stakeholder sentiment: satisfaction surveys and qualitative feedback loops.
- Content throughput: production volume and adoption of new content approaches.
Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Storytelling
- Develop and maintain a unified brand identity and narrative across technology centers.
- Craft compelling stories, case studies, white papers, and executive-ready materials.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and measure strategic, multi-channel campaigns.
- Align campaign messaging with enterprise initiatives and technology center goals.
Channel & Content Management
- Draft, publish, and distribute content using a structured editorial calendar.
- Prepare presentations and materials for leadership communications and events.
Strategy Alignment & Feedback Loops
- Ensure all content aligns with strategic priorities and objectives.
- Partner with site leaders to gather input, refine messaging, and improve effectiveness.
Measurement & Instrumentation
- Establish and maintain a consolidated communications effectiveness dashboard tracking:
- Campaign launch speed
- Brand recognition
- Newsletter engagement
- Message consistency
- Event awareness coverage
- Stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in brand design, B2B marketing, strategic communications, or program management within large, complex organizations.
- Experience in the tech space with a solid understanding of Blockchain and SDLC
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual design capabilities; proven ability to create executive-ready content.
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns, editorial calendars, and content operations.
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience defining, tracking, and interpreting engagement and brand KPIs.
- Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma, intranet or CMS platforms, newsletter tools, and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-site coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high standards for execution.
