Position Overview
EC2C seeks a highly organized, collaborative, and mission-driven Program & Operations Coordinator to support the organization’s internal operations, communications, and cross-partner coordination efforts.
This role plays a central part in ensuring EC2C’s initiatives run smoothly, with dedicated coordination responsibilities for Wraparound Evanston, a systems-change effort focused on aligning care coordination, service delivery, and community-based support for youth and families.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations Support
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, RSVPs, and materials for EC2C meetings, working groups, and events
• Maintain accurate contact lists and stakeholder communication records
• Manage and reconcile credit card expenses and receipts
• Support digital communications, including social media, website updates, and e-newsletter content
• Translate or facilitate translation of EC2C materials into Spanish

Wraparound Evanston Coordination
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Wraparound Evanston initiative
• Support collaborative grant efforts by coordinating timelines, information gathering, and document preparation
• Coordinate logistics for Evanston-based trainings and workshops
• Assist in developing shared materials and internal documentation, including partner directories and meeting summaries
• Support cross-agency communication and collaboration processes

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in nonprofit, education, or community-based settings
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, or events
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communications tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, website CMS)
• Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, collaboration, and community-centered work

Preferred Qualifications
• Spanish proficiency or experience coordinating translation strongly preferred
• Familiarity with collective impact or cross-sector collaboration models
• Interest in youth-serving systems, care coordination, or community-based initiatives
• Comfort working in evolving, dynamic environments
