Responsibilities
People Services Assistant - Simpson Housing Corporate Offic e located in the Denver Tech Center – Denver, CO

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (32 hours), position required to be in office
As a key member of our People Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Enrolling new employees in orientation as they begin employment and host biweekly new hire orientation session
- Managing 90-day check-in and offboarding surveys
- Administering wellness program onboarding and offboarding process, including monthly employee communications
- Maintaining and updating labor law posters
- Administering anniversary award program, including tracking milestones and coordinating recognition
- Processing separation notices and distributing required state documentation
- Creating company newsletter by partnering with communities and corporate teams
- Providing ADP login support and assisting with password reset
- Maintaining and updating job descriptions
- Processing department invoices
- Supporting general office duties including mail distribution, deliveries, and ordering supplies
- Acting as a back-up to Office Manager
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $22.73 - $26.00 per hour
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
