Ibotta is seeking a
Director of B2B Content & Brand Strategy to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. By joining us, you will be stepping into an exciting, dynamic role within our growing B2B Marketing team. As the owner of B2B content strategy and a primary B2B copywriter, you will translate brand priorities into actionable, platform-specific content and distribution strategies that drive awareness, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes across owned, earned, and emerging channels. You are a storyteller, known to champion our brand voice and help define the strategy for how we use content to engage with prospects and clients. You will focus on creating engaging, data-driven, category-leader content that translates key insights into actionable takeaways for our audience.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in office. In-office hybrid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- The person in this role will report to the Head of Brand and work closely with them to ensure alignment with brand positioning and strategy.
- Own, develop, and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn, with other channels as needed) that drives awareness, education, and engagement. Manage the social content calendar and scheduling, ensuring content is optimized for platform best practices.

- Develop a strategy for repurposing long-form thought leadership (e.g., whitepapers, data reports) into concise, attention-grabbing short-form content for distribution across social and email channels.
- Define and own ongoing content strategy, including editorial pillars, recurring series, seasonal narratives, and channel priorities aligned to business goals.
- Write marketing copy that reflects a consistent brand voice and adherence to internal style guidelines. Update existing content to enhance readability and relevance and optimize for search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to create thought-provoking and authoritative content.
- Conduct audits and industry research to influence content strategy recommendations across Ibotta’s B2B channels including web, newsletter, blog, Linkedin, sales collateral, and more.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all content, using key metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic), and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Synthesize both qualitative and quantitative research to understand the “why” behind behavior, attitudes, and decision-making.
- Help develop content best practices & scalable processes based on proven results. Work with cross-functional teams on the ongoing development of Ibotta’s B2B content calendar.
- Champion new ways of working by integrating AI into the creative process. Explore and apply generative AI tools for design, imagery, video, and workflows; leading the team and company into the future of how creative work gets done.
- Jump in when needed — whether building out campaign visuals, refining copy, or polishing a presentation. Set the quality bar by showing, not just telling.
- Create case studies, thought leadership content, and brand narratives tailored to enterprise marketing decision-makers. Ensure our brand builds trust and credibility with senior business and marketing leaders.
- Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere
