Position: Marketing Assistant
Position Type: Part Time Temporary
Pay: $16.00/hr- $18.00/hr (Based on experience)
Job Timeframe: April 2026- August 2026 (subject to change at any time)
We are currently looking for
Marketing Assistant to join our Wagman Construction Group Marketing Team.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate content for social media posts in conjunction with Wagman, Inc.’s Director of Marketing
- Collaborate with Vice President of Business Development on content creation for basic proposals
- Compile marketing collaterals at request of WCI team members
- Create PowerPoints for presentations
- Assist in coordination for events including client events and conferences
- Coordinate project photography
- Assist in the development of press releases and newsletter content
- Assist with the coordination of company sponsored events for employees
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds from ground level to waist level and must be able to bend, squat and kneel occasionally throughout the scheduled work shift.
- Position requires the ability to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands, requires acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes), and acceptable corrected hearing.
- Requires sitting a major portion of an 8-hour day, with standing and walking required in the performance of various tasks less frequent than the sitting portion of the work shift.
- Depresses computer keyboard keys and/or calculator.
- Picks up, holds, and lays down the telephone handset.
- Must be able to reach, lift, and stretch throughout the workday.
- Clear and comprehensible speech is required to communicate adequately in the performance of this job.
