We’re Hiring! Member Engagement & Analytics Manager

In this role, you’ll:
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the execution and continual improvement of initiatives such as the Peer Circle program and Your Voice Matters, reviewing and interpreting data to enhance program participation and ensure key metrics are achieved.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Engagement and Retention and internal stakeholders across marketing and digital to manage delivery, tracking and optimization of the quarterly Member Benefits Perks newsletter, including the support of the Perks submissions featured in the weekly newsletter.
- Create campaigns focused on specific member segments (for example, trigger campaigns targeting low-engaged and lapsed members) using a "test and learn" approach to drive ongoing improvements.
- Support data analysis and insight development to assess campaign/ program effectiveness, identify trends and refine approaches to improve member satisfaction and retention. Deliver actionable recommendations and create or enhance departmental reports.
- Write and edit marketing copy for membership campaigns across various channels. (e.g., member newsletter, emails, and website).
- Assist with other responsibilities, projects, new initiatives, and administrative support as needed.
- Integrate diversity and inclusion best practices across all member initiatives.

What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business or related field.
· Minimum three years in marketing, digital marketing, programs, or membership role in a B2B environment.
· Demonstrated success in managing engagement campaigns and member focused programs.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
· Digital marketing experience with highly developed written and oral communication skills.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytical tools (Google Analytics).
· Experience and / or exposure in the entertainment industry desired.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $73,000 - $78,000 and is based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education depending on experience.
