Amherst Madison is seeking a proactive, leadership-minded Agent Services Manager to ensure our agents thrive by fully adopting our systems, tools, and relocation opportunities — all while delivering a concierge-level experience that drives productivity, retention, and referral revenue.
This role combines Agent Services leadership with Relocation Desk management, making it central to our agent success strategy.
What You’ll Do- Lead Agent Onboarding & Platform Adoption: Guide new agents through training, ensure effective use of tools, and translate systems into practical workflows that save time and drive revenue.
- Deliver Proactive Support & Training: Identify and assist agents who need extra guidance, host training sessions, and create/maintain a library of tutorials and resources.
- Communicate & Educate: Own the Agent Services weekly newsletter featuring system tips, workflow improvements, and revenue-focused platform guidance.
- Support Recruiting & Representation: Help translate our operational strengths and technology into a compelling story for prospective agents.
- Manage Relocation Desk: Oversee relocation referrals, coach agents on building referral revenue, and maintain strong external relationships with relocation partners.
- Coordinate Marketing Collateral Production: Manage print production of listing materials, events, and agent promotional items, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-consistent results.
- Provide Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with Operations, Content Marketing, Recruiting, and Transaction Management to ensure smooth workflows and operational stability.

- Case studies highlighting process improvements or platform adoption initiatives
- Metrics showing impact, such as increased adoption, referral growth, or operational efficiency
Your portfolio will help us understand how you translate strategy into action and your ability to lead agents and operational teams effectively.
