While our core team and headquarters are in Sacramento, California, we welcome remote workers from all over the country.
We've built a strong culture to foster valuable team relationships with both remote and California team members.
We host frequent trips during the year to bring the team together for extended periods of face-to-face time to build deeper relationships. Some examples of trips include our domestic excursions to San Diego, Newport Beach, and Lake Tahoe. Along with international trips to Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, and the Dominican Republic.
Role Description
The Marketing Content Specialist plays a key role in supporting Webconnex marketing content strategy through high-quality content creation, content maintenance, and ongoing execution across email, social media, blogs, and product resources.
This role will heavily leverage AI tools for content creation and management across all four of our products: TicketSpice (TS), RegFox (RF) , GivingFuel (GF), and RedPodium (RP).
This role ensures each product line is consistently represented with clear, accurate, and engaging content that supports customer education, feature adoption, brand confidence, and overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Support
– Collaborate with Marketing Manager on product marketing email communication and webinar content for TicketSpice, RegFox, GivingFuel, and RedPodium to reinforce product value and keep audiences engaged throughout the year.
– Develop in-product and blog content to complement product announcement emails.
– Update and maintain lead gen materials such as long form PDFs, and supporting materials as enhancements and new features are released.
– Partner with product marketing and demand gen functions on copywriting support for automated email sequences.
- Content Creation – SEO/AEO
– Produce one blog per week per product (TicketSpice, RegFox, GivingFuel) using Profound (AI search ranking and content opportunity tool) as well as content recommendations from our partner marketing agency.
– Complete two blog re-optimizations per product (TicketSpice, RegFox) per month to improve search performance, clarity, and freshness.
– Upload blogs and manage LinkedIn Newsletter and Blog Subscription email sequence.
– Maintain our accounts across Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
– Publish one post per product per week. (TS/RF/GF)
– Create social posts tied to product updates, feature releases, and upcoming webinars to maintain cross-channel consistency.
– Create engaging video content featuring various team members sharing current industry trends and opportunities with our software as well as documentation of sales events, company events, and more.
– Monitor social channels for comments and customer engagement
– Respond and interact appropriately to maintain organic presence and brand trust.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and clarity for different audiences.
- Experience producing content across email, blogs, and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines across multiple products.
- Familiarity with SEO or willingness to learn re-optimization best practices.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g., Profound, Chat GPT).
- Collaborative mindset for working with product marketing, design, demand gen, marketing ops, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong experience in Canva
- Familiarity with Intercom, Campaign Monitor, Hubspot, and Webflow is beneficial but not required.

- $50,000 – $60,000 annual base salary
