Position Summary: We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious People Experience Specialist to join our HR team. This role is key to shaping the employee journey, handling duties from candidate engagement and onboarding to ongoing experience within the company. Responsibilities include managing and improving onboarding, supporting employer branding, and enhancing internal communications. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, contributing to HRIS implementation and maintaining our people experience portal. This dynamic position requires a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Culture & Employer Brand
- Monitor, respond to, and manage employee review insights on platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed, analyzing data to identify quarterly themes and recommend action items based off the data
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Marketing teams to enhance the company’s presence and reputation on external review sites
- In partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, develop strategies to encourage employee engagement and activation within review platforms in a transparent and authentic manner
- Support Company Career Page enhancements & updates
- Model and reinforce company values by co-leading the organization’s culture committee
Candidate Experience & New Hire Experience
- Own the employee onboarding experience to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive introduction to the company and our culture
- Develop & own an orientation process for new or recently promoted People Leaders
- Coach & collaborate with Hiring Leaders regarding completion of onboarding tasks to support a smooth and engaging experience
- Manage the internal and external onsite interview coordination, ensuring timely and professional candidate communication and experience
- Complete all necessary preboarding activities, and facilitate North America orientation
- Initiate background and reference checks, ensure completion of new hire paperwork and create offer letters as needed
- Manage the Global onboarding of all global new hires within the HRIS & OKR platforms to drive database integrity
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires from pre-boarding through the first 90 days
- Act as a strategic support resource to Talent Acquisition during peak recruiting cycles, exercising judgement to take on additional TA responsibilities to maintain hiring momentum and candidate experience standards
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance onboarding and communication strategies
- Serve as back up to the Sr. Global TA & Analytics Manager when high volume of requisitions – screening candidates and manage positive interview experience for candidates.
- Lead and/or collaborate on other candidate experience tasks and projects
HR Business Partner Support
- Serve as a consultative People & Culture partner to people leaders by providing guidance on employee experience, onboarding effectiveness, and engagement trends
- Collaborate with People & Culture partners (e.g., HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to ensure alignment and consistency across the team member Lifecyle
- Manage digital personnel files to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company record-retention standards, escalating risks and providing recommended corrective actions
- Participate in the design, rollout, and adoption of processes and change initiatives
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support employee offboarding activities, ensuring documentation, system updates, and compliance requirements are met
Internal Communications
- Manage and collaborate with regional leads the monthly Company Newsletter
- Partner with new hires to gain bios to incorporate within our monthly global internal company newsletter
- Lead internal communications by planning, testing, and distributing HR related internal communications as needed
- Manage all company HR inbox and collaborate with applicable HR members to resolve/answer team member inquiries
- Own communication and engagement across the organization's social networking platforms, such as Viva Engage and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain, update, and distribute global org charts as needed
HR Technology/Systems & Employee Resources
- Maintain and continuously update the Global People & Culture SharePoint site to ensure all employee resources, documentation, and HR content remain accurate, well-organized, and easily accessible for team members across regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that internal documentation is user-friendly and gain feedback to continuously enhance the platform of information
- Support the implementation and optimization of the HRIS platform, including data migration, testing, and user training
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues related to HR technology tools
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and areas of concern within processes and employee experience to partner with People & Culture leadership to recommend and implement improvements
- Run and distribute reporting on a back-up basis for the Sr. TA & Analytics Manager
You Bring (requirements, Preferred Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent work experience required
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, or internal communications required
- Experience with HRIS platforms, including intranet tools and internal communication platforms
- Employer Brand support experience preferred
- Content creation experience preferred

Requirements
You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds

Work Environment/Location/Flex Arrangement:
- SVP Worldwide offers a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This position will be hybrid based in our company HQ in Nashville, TN.
- The worker is subject to being in front of a computer and on the phone throughout the day.
