Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Events & Employee Engagement Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and employee engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in event logistics, workplace culture programs, internal communications, and employee experience initiatives.
The intern will work closely with the Events and Corporate Services team and Human Resources to help create engaging experiences that strengthen company culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and support organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external company events, including team celebrations, leadership meetings, employee appreciation activities, tradeshows and corporate gatherings
- Support event logistics including vendor coordination, registration management, materials preparation, and onsite event support
- Help coordinate event communications, invitations, and RSVP tracking
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event follow-up
- Track event inventory such as swag, supplies, and promotional materials
Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement programs and workplace activities including the employee newsletter
- Assist with initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and other events
- Help gather feedback through surveys and engagement tools to measure participation and satisfaction
- Contribute ideas to improve workplace culture and employee experience
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain event calendars and planning timelines
- Assist with preparing event documents, schedules, and briefing materials
- Help coordinate internal communications related to events and engagement activities
- Track budgets, invoices, and vendor details f or events

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CANVA, other graphics experience a plus
- Legal right to work in the United States
